Kolej Kediaman Tuanku Bahiyah (Second Residential College), University Malaya is hosting a Malaysia Inter-Varsity Debate Minister of Higher Education Cup (MOHEC), a debate tournament (Asian Parliamentary Debate) for undergraduate students. We kindly invite students to participate in this Debate competition.
The details regarding the debate are as follows:
1. Date: 21-23 October 2011
2. Venue: Balai Ungku Aziz ,Dental Faculty, UM
3. Fees: RM 150 per team (consisting of three) inclusive of food and a free t-shirt.
4. Accommodation is provided to stay at 12th Residential College which is located within the campus. (Accommodation fee will be charged separately; RM10 per person per day)
5. Transport services will be provided to the tournament hall.
6. Cash payment has to be made over the counter on 21st October 2011.
7. Fabulous prizes are awaiting the winners;
· 1st price- RM 1000, trophy
· 2nd price-RM500
8. The students are advised to bring along their IC and matrix card for registration and identity purposes.
9. Each university can send a maximum of 2 teams and a judge for each team as well. Kindly do send us feedback regarding the number of participants, their particulars (i.e. full name, ic no, matric no, email id, contact no, team name) and number of students who are vegetarian.

10.00 pagi - Pusingan kedua.
12.00 tengah hari - Makan tengah hari.
2.00 petang - Pusingan ketiga.
4.00 petang - Minuman petang.
5.00 petang - Pusingan separuh akhir.
7.00 petang - Tamat.
